Cystosacoma Phyllodes of the Breast

Abstract
|
|
|
Cystosarcoma phyllodes, a relatively uncommon breast lesion, was first described and named by
Meuller in 1838. Four cases of cystosarcoma phyllodes were treated at Presbyterian Medical Center
in Chon Ju during the period of two and half years from June 1967 to April 1970. Of the four
patients, one had a malignancy. The other three had benign cystosarcoma phyllodes.
